Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Peel and roughly chop the ginger root.
  • Clean, peel, and chop the carrot into small pieces.
  • If using, peel and chop garlic and onion.

Blending Process

  • Place ginger, carrot, and any optional ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  • Pour in the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sweetener.
  • Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

Seasoning and Tasting

  • Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  • Strain through a fine mesh sieve if a smoother consistency is desired.

Notes
