Preparation

  • Grate the cucumbers and place them in a cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer to drain excess moisture.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the drained cucumbers with Greek yogurt or sour cream.
  • Fold in the dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt.
  • Mix until well incorporated.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

Serve with fresh veggies, chips, or as a sandwich spread. Chilling enhances texture and flavor.
