Preparation

  • Wash the cucumber thoroughly. Peel it if you prefer a smoother texture.
  • Grate the cucumber using a coarse grater and squeeze out as much excess water as possible.

Mixing

  • Add in the chopped dill and minced garlic (if using). Mix well until evenly combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper, adding lemon juice if desired.

Chilling and Serving
