Ingredients

  • 2 cups ground chicken Base of the pizza crust
  • 1 cup cheese (shredded) mozzarella or cheddar works well
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Seasoning for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Optional garlic flavor in crust

For the Caesar Salad

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce Chopped, for the salad base
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated, for topping
  • 1 cup croutons Optional, can omit for low-carb version
  • 1 cup grilled chicken (sliced) Optional, for added protein

For the Caesar Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Base for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard For flavor
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Fresh is best
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Adds umami
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced) For flavor
  • 2 fillets anchovies (minced) Optional but recommended

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken Crust

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • In a bowl, mix ground chicken, cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until combined.
  • Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.

Make the Caesar Dressing

  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.
  • Add minced anchovies and Parmesan, mixing until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjust consistency with water or lemon juice if too thick.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.

Assemble the Pizza

  • After baking the chicken crust, allow it to cool slightly.
  • Spread Caesar dressing onto the crust.
  • Top with chopped romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, and croutons if desired.
  • Finish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve immediately to enjoy freshness.

Notes

This dish is customizable; feel free to add other toppings or veggies as desired. Omitting croutons keeps it lower in carbs.
