For the Toppings

Instructions
 

Preparing the Dough

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, warm water, olive oil, and salt. Stir until a rough dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and flexible. Add more flour if sticky.
  • Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm spot for about an hour, until doubled in size.
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). After rising, gently deflate the dough and roll it out to your desired thickness.

Making the Sauce

  • In a mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and oregano. Mix well.
  • Spread the sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a border for the crust.

Adding the Toppings

  • Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble into pieces.
  • Crack the eggs directly onto the pizza, either keeping them whole or lightly scrambling them first.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese and any optional vegetables over the sauce.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.

Notes

Serve with fresh fruit, salad, or beverages like orange juice or coffee. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
