  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mix of panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Dredge each zucchini fry in flour, then dip it in the egg, and finally coat it in the panko mixture.
  • Arrange the zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap.
  • Lightly spray the fries with cooking spray.

Cooking

  • Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket once while cooking, until the food turns a golden brown color and becomes crispy.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

To keep fries crispy, ensure zucchini is salted and dried before coating. Avoid overcrowding the basket and preheat the air fryer.
